In the HEXIDICIMAL system, 1 to 9 are
the same as in the decimal system but 10 dec.=A
in hex. 11 dec.=B hex. 12 dec.=C hex. 13 dec.=D
hex. 14 dec.=E hex. 15 dec.=F hex.
F is the highest value for a hex digit where 9 is
the highest value for a decimal digit. Two hex
digits together are known as a "byte" and have a
maximum value of FF hex which equals 255 dec. A
byte can have a value of from 0 to 255 in dec. or
00 to FF in hex. Each of the three primary
colors in the picture tube are driven by these
values. An RGB COLOR CODE has 6 digits. The
first two drive the Red, the second two drive the
Green, and the third two drive the blue. The
value of each byte (2 digits) in the code
determins the intensity of it's coressponding
RGB codes are always preceded in HTML codes with the # sign and placed in quotes. The color element looks like this: color="#3366FF". This code is for a shade of blue.

My HTML Webpage
I have learned many new things from Techniguy's Help Site and have enjoyed it all.
I never knew writing webpages with HTML could be
so much fun and I am looking forward to adding
images and links and more to this page.
Are we having fun yet? All these codes and numbers are making me dizzy. Let's look at some pictures......
